Overview-
Finally, a game-improvement iron worthy of praise from Titleist. The new Titleist AP1 irons, are a solid set of irons for the wannabe, for the player ready to transition to a set of sticks made for touch as opposed to something with a cavity back bigger than the mouth of the Mississippi.
Titleist is know for their “players” irons. But they finally made an iron that better players can sink their teeth into. This has been a great improvement from the original 2009 AP1 irons.
Technology-
Titleist AP1 irons are an advanced performance iron that consists of multi-material. The dual cavity provides a great look, feel, shot control and higher flight with forgiveness for the avid to skilled golfer. The stainless-steel body has a tungsten-nickel sole for heel-toe weighting that maximizes forgiveness.

“These are the best club for the money but it is not a game improvement club by any means . Size is little smaller but if you can hit them they are the best, you can work the ball and and go for the pins ball flight is also workable”
“They are LONG (probably a full club longer than my old irons !) and have an incredible feel ! Go get fit for a set today ! Sweeeeeet sticks !!”
“These are excellent irons long and straight. gained a couple of yard on my shots and i am able to control the club better”
[review pros=”The Titleist AP1 710 is a transitional set of irons made for the mid handicapper ready to commit to the game to become single-digit handicapper or lower. The nice thing about the 2011 AP1 is the still gets high marks for making good use of multiple materials, making this a nice feel club. The advancements from the 2009 AP1 are noticeable.” cons=”Maybe be a stretch for some players to fit into the design.” score=99.4]
