After a big start to last season winning the Mercedes Championship and following it up with another big win at the WGC Accenture, all using Cobra.  Geoff Ogilvy announced last week that he will be changing from Cobra to Titleist.  No doubt, a big move for the 32 year old Australian who quite frankly is on my A-list to make a big impact with Tiger out this coming season.

Ogilvy has been using the Cobra S9-1 driver with an Aldila VooDoo in the early going then switched to the Cobra ZL with a Aldila RIP.

This week in Hawaii, Ogilvy will be sporting the Titleist 909 D3 with an Aldila RIP.  “I think drivers are getting better and better, and I think that I’m getting better at changing,” said Ogilvy.

At any rate, look out for Ogilvy to have a big year – you heard it right here at GGS.
